Access is exclusively granted to participants owning a valid ticket and that are on our ticket holder list. No exceptions will be made. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the here mentioned rules, terms and conditions and will act accordingly. In case of any violation, the GearBlast EU team reserves the right to exclude the participant from the event.

The dress code is FULL GEAR and will be checked at entry. More detailed info on our dress code page.

Items that violate the house rules are not allowed and must be left at the entrance. Weapons mentioned under the German weapons law are part of this.

Crew members of GearBlast EU will watch over the event and will make sure rules are being followed. Following their instructions is absolutely mandatory.

Drugs of any kind (including “poppers”) and drinks not purchased at the venue are strictly prohibited at this event. Violators will be prosecuted to the extent of the law. We reserve the right to exclude them from the event.

Food and beverages are only to be consumed in the bar area and are not to be taken into any other area of the venue.

Taking photos or recording audio on your own equipment is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. This also applies to the use of cameras in any kind of mobile device or any audio recording device. During the course of the event, photos and videos are being taken by the crew and will be published (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 lit. F DSGVO) and made available for the participants.

The use of mobile phones is only permitted in the entrance area. Exceptions can be made by individual permission from the crew.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue during GearBlast. There will be a designated outdoor area.

👉 We kindly ask you to have loud conversations only in the bar and entertainment area

👉 Respect the equipment, furniture and each other.

👉 Please be considerate of others and of the venue by cleaning up after yourself. Trash bins are provided at the premises.

👉 No one likes sling or bench hogs. Share the equipment!

The organisers accept no liability for personal belongings of GearBlast attendees. So take good care of your stuff!
